The fully automatic bundling tool closes the beak by pulling the trigger lever, activates the start switch, and completes the processes of supplying, tightening, and cutting the bundling band within one second. With a reel containing 5000 bands (2500 for PAT2S), continuous bundling can be achieved, significantly reducing total costs. The head weighs only 800g, making it lightweight and alleviating operator fatigue, allowing for long hours of work without tiring. The bundling bands meet UL and MIL (MS3367-4) specifications. The dispenser with an LCD display allows monitoring of work status, troubleshooting, and the number of used bundling bands.
